2. I mean if you are in your right mind do not book a room here rats and mice are in this hotel Here is a list of decent hotels to stay in that are cheap Herald Square Hotel on 31st and between 5th and 6th is good.

3. When we entered the room it was FAR from fancy but after a quick inspection we found no signs of bed bugs, no mice or rats, and no trash or dirt.

5. The thing I will remember most about my stay in the Hotel Carter (actually in September 2008) is the mice.

6. on the 2nd night we came back to find that all our sons powdered food had been eaten by mice and that mouse droppings were all over our clothes and in our luggage, even in my daughters backpack with her pens and pencils.

10. It wasn't the cleanest, there was an empty water bottle left under the bed, used bars of soap on the bath & quite dusty, plus the balcony door didn't shut properly & there was a big gap in between the window which we plugged with a towel, but there was no sign of mice or bed bugs as feared, and the bed was clean with fresh linen on arrival.
