1. Tip: ask for one of their refurbished rooms, they are on the highest floors and you will see that you will survive to the horror movie.

4. We were greeted by rude staff who complimented on our appearances as 'rough' and 'hungover' so automatically we weren't really felt welcome, reached the floor were our room was and automatically though we were in a horror film or a brothel.

10. While we didn't encounter the horrors that others suffered, I can believe those who have dealt with bugs, rashes, dirty sheets and worse.
