1. That was good for putting luggage out of the way, as usually in cheap rooms there is so limited space that it is difficult to even walk around the bed.

3. The location was a little more difficult to get from the airport via public transportation since the number 7 is undergoing service changes, but a transfer at Times Square was an easy fix.

4. I have stayed in 3 other hotels in the same area but the Belleclaire gave us the best value, best staff, very clean but difficult to control the heating system.

7. The staff at the front desk don't give a damn, and at peak times this hotel is way overcrowded (difficult to even get in the elevator.

8. Heat was a little difficult to adjust because it was an in-room radiator (although it did have a brand new register).

9. If I were to state one negative point, it would be that our room was not as nice as any shown on the website, and there was a huge hole in the ceiling by our door which made banging noises through the night which made it very difficult to sleep.

10. They do deliver to your room without charge, but there was no table or chairs to eat at, so a little difficult.
