1. The bedbug issue will probably be the reason I am going to look for a better hotel in the future, and extra $50-100 a night is not really worth what I am going through after the trip.
"Great location and good price. Everything else low quality. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/26/2012 Vote
2. Would we return? If we needed to be on the Upper West Side, and only during the spring or fall when heating and cooling aren't an issue.
"Hot, hot, hot - not in a good way " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/21/2012 Vote
3. If the hotel can fix the heating/cooling issue, I would likely stay here again.
"Good for the price " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/20/2012 Vote
4. They were clean and newer furniture (except the dirty grout in the shower) but there was a lot of comfort issues.
"GOT NO SLEEP ALL NIGHT " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/19/2011 Vote
5. Our room was very small and we had a view of a brick wall, however, we didn't spend much time in the room so this wasnt an issue for us.
"Good value hotel in an excellent location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/14/2011 Vote
6. I am so glad I read these reviews but I am so disgusted right now to think that any city would allow such a business to operate and how the state doesn't shut down this public health risk, I mean this is a real safety issue and there needs to be a class action law suite and if someone had the time they should consider being courageous enough to help out in this matter, this hotel makes enough profit to renovate and to think that NYC is allowing these greedy slumlords operate such a pighole is beyond my comprehension just because it's in a convenient location.
"I cannot believe This hotel isn't condemned! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/18/2011 Vote
7. Bars, restaurants, shopping was all within walking distance and it's so populated 24/7 that safety was never an issue.
"Value for Money... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/9/2011 Vote
8. The bathroom was tiny, and in need of a little updating, but who really cares about a bathroom? I would stay here again despite the heat issue.
"Awesome location, large room " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/9/2011 Vote
9. We had a few minor issues which took several attempts for these to be rectify ie: housekeeping leaving our door not closed properly after they finished.
"7 days in new york " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/14/2011 Vote
10. Now, the way I see it, if you have an unhappy guest you would endeavor to receive some feedback regarding the issues that motivated these guests to vacate your establishment less than 24 hours after check-in, but the reservation manager, who I know was present at the time of our decision to move on, could not be bothered to apologize for the inconvenience of ruining our first 2 days in NY.
"'Low' point of our trip " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/23/2011 Vote
