1. There were bits of broken tiles on the floor behind the sink and the grout was coming loose in many places.

9. The walls were all broken up with poor plastering to cover it up, the carpets were not laid down properly and all bumpy, the rooms were disgustingly dirty, the sheets had holes and dirt on them, the bathroom door wouldn't shut, the head board FELL OFF.

10. The inconsistent and often broken elevators are a nuisance but you can always use the stairs and enjoybthe beautiful wrought iron railings.
