4. We had a baby stroller with us, and to reach the lobby is a couple if stairs (no ramp) so that was an inconvenience.

Now, the way I see it, if you have an unhappy guest you would endeavor to receive some feedback regarding the issues that motivated these guests to vacate your establishment less than 24 hours after check-in, but the reservation manager, who I know was present at the time of our decision to move on, could not be bothered to apologize for the inconvenience of ruining our first 2 days in NY.
