1. On the first day stay I was shocked, I booked 2 beds with private bathroom & got confirmed before 2 weeks in advance but when I opened the room door I was surprised to see its 1 bedroom.

2. Apart from the risk of being exposed to bedbugs, this is shocking business practice and I would discourage anyone from giving this hotel their custom.

3. The biggest shock however came when i went to check out and was charged an extra $45 for making two international phone calls that lasted between 5 and 6 minutes each.

4. Only thing I would say is the hotel room phone is quite expensive to use we called the UK a few times from it and got quite a shock from the bill.
