3. Don`t expect a 5 star full service hotel but do expect clean comfortable rooms, you won`t be disappointed.

The main disappointment with our room was that the TV reception was terrible (virtually unwatchable) though if you are in NYC what are you doing in the hotel room watching TV?The receptionist looked after our luggage without any grumbles on the day we checked out while we spent the last few hours shopping.
