5. I stayed at the hotel in February with my son(16) for 8 nights, and we have nothing to complain.

There were as other have mentioned nowhere to put your clothes, and after a few days of shopping - the piles of clothes etc kept growing :)Contrary to other reports here, there were some waitings for the bathroom, but then we went to NY early December so it might have been more crowded than usual? But bathroom was clean, no complaining about that.
