1. The lift is old and barely fits 2 suitcases and the room was absolutely tiny - we had our own bathroom so that saved us from having to make trips to the communal ones.

7. Our bed was small and hard and the sheet so thread bare you could see the navy blue and flowered pattern of the mattress through it.
