1. I actually enjoyed my stay there, but some weird and annoying 'little' things happened that made my stay a little more difficult than it needed to be.

5. Checking in took all of 2 minutes and we then went up to our room, this can be difficult if like me you have a giant case as the elevator is very small; but we managed to squeeze in ok.
