10. first night room was not, as advertised, recently renovated (see IrishMike's review); second night, bed bugs bit me ----- we took one blood-filled, squashed bug to the front desk, who called in fumigators; third night, the room's phone didn't work & we were told there were plenty of phone booths around the corner.
