1. On arrival we were given a room that we had not booked (no private facilities) as we put the key in the lock reception rang to say that it was their error and we were moved immediately.

3. Anyway, we were given a room (1 double bed, shared bath) for all but the first night of the original reservation, with no discount or anything for the error.
