8. The reservation process was a little odd (to me) because they didn't take a credit card, nor did they send me an e-mail confirmation -- and I am neurotic enough to have worried a bit that something might go wrong and the reservation might get lost.

9. However, staff don't seem to be trained in the most basic of procedures (using the credit card machine correctly) nor in customer service (issueing apologies when things go wrong can make all the difference chaps.
