9. Note -the mattress was extra firm ,there is a window unit air conditioner in each room -a little loud, but nothing that ear plugs couldn`t drown out.

The daytime Desk staff are extremely helpful and very professional but the nightime Desk Clerks are perhaps the worst I`ve ever seen, they talk on their cell phones all the time in a loud, I assume( Arabic language), completely disregard customers, are completely useless for any information whatsoever, and their extremely rude and short when you ask them something.
