1. worst of all, they're cleaned nowhere near as frequently as they should be and when they are cleaned, it's not thorough.

The daytime Desk staff are extremely helpful and very professional but the nightime Desk Clerks are perhaps the worst I`ve ever seen, they talk on their cell phones all the time in a loud, I assume( Arabic language), completely disregard customers, are completely useless for any information whatsoever, and their extremely rude and short when you ask them something.

7. But the worst was: uncaring service staff and construction on the next two rooms to mine, BANGING, DRILLING, SCREECHING EVERY day from 8 am to 4:30 pm.

8. The worst thing is that this time we spotted several cockroaches in the bathrooms, and also one in our room (thank god it was on the day we were leaving, I don`t know how I could have slept there knowing there`s a cockroach around).
