ly, due to the attitude of hotel staff, I would hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone, which is a shame because it offered great value for money in a wonderful city.

ly the weather in NY was absolutely atrocious for the ten days we were there, but the staff always had a smile on their faces and made us feel we were 'coming home' after a day out.

ly the next day we came back to the same thing door open it just so happened the same member of staff was on when I complained again and he was horrified that the same thing had happened and quickly offered us free breakfast for two days.
