1. They would come in late at night, after midnight, slamming doors and then moving back and forth between the rooms and loudly talking through the doors and inside the rooms.

8. I didn't have any problems with street noise, even though my room faced 49th St (crazy loud), the rooms on the other side face Broadway, which might be louder, so I don't know if that makes a difference.
