1. The people at the front desk displayed the perfect blend of rudeness and incompetence, which is not the way I want to begin a hotel stay.

9. And we were braced for New York's fabled rudeness, aloof, if not downright surly service and 'I don't have time for you' attitude.

10. I was denied a room despite confirmed reservation (Confirmation Number: 85534207) for Check-in: Tuesday, July 21, 2009, the officiating lade was rude and offered an alternative accomodation in a Guest House of 22 rooms, looks like the have devised a clever way of making a fool of the customer, beware of this hotel you could be denied a room despite confirmed reservation and offered a US$ 100 room, and bullied to accept this.
"No room despite confirmed reservation " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/31/2009 Vote
