1. As a hotel in a high-traffic destination, overall we were very pleased with some negatives as described.

5. The two-elevator set-up (one from the check in area to the fully lobby/lounge and a second set from this are to the rooms) is a bit of a hassle, but that is truly the only negative comment I have.

8. The only negative comments I have about this hotel was that when the lounge gets very full, the service from the wait staff gets bad; they kind of forget you're there unless you flag them over, the drinks/food at the hotel are crazy overpriced, BUT sometimes worth it.
