1. The best part is being able to go outside onto 8th Avenue and walk around the human kaleidoscope that is Manhattan; there is plenty to do in the immediate vicinity but it would be a shame not to take in as much of the city as possible.

3. All in all a great hotel with mostly great staff - shame about the few staff who leave a bad taste in your mouth.

4. These are the types of things that let this hotel down which is a shame because location wise it is excellant, close to times square and broadway and with a subway right across the road- everything is easily accessible.

5. Very popular and well worth a visit - the burgers puts all the usuals to shame (BK, Wendy's etc) and the shakes are very tasty but again it gets very busy.

6. The hotel room doors are very heavy and it's a shame that some guests neglect to think of others when leaving or entering their room, either early in the morning or late at night.
