1. This is not an enormous problem, but something to be aware of when you use your room for potty breaks when you're hanging out with friends touring the city.

3. Breakfast was, as said by others, Bagels/Pastries/Toast/Eggs etc and was more than adequate to start the day and we never found any problems gettig a table, even when our other friends who were staying at another hotel nearby joined us.

10. There was a problem with the sofa bed which was sorted out eventually (the request got lost in the changeover from night to day staff) However, Franklin, on the front desk went out of his way to accommodate us and made the rest of our stay really lovely.
