3. Suffering from jetlag we had to return to the hotel one afternoon to have a nap only to find the room not cleaned at 2pm, never mind that but after putting the 'do not disturb' on door we later receive a call to let us know they need to clean.

4. We just thought it was regular New York street noise until the last morning of a 10 night visit when I realised the door didn't seal correctly, which certainly gave us a few disturbed nights.

9. The noise from the street can be a bit disturbing at night but the top location next to subway and shopping & gourmet district is worth it.

10. the only drawbacks to the hotel are that the doors to the bathroom have glass in them so not a lot of privacy especially are staying with a friend and sometimes housekeeping knocks even though it said do not disturb.
