1. (In the end we took a NY yellow cab which was cheaper and fine so not a big deal but no one likes stress before a flight.

2. Couple slight criticisms - was our daughters 18th birthday on the day we arrived, (which is a big deal in the UK) notified the hotel when booked but other than a card in the room nothing else to mark the occasion.
