1. We took the top floor suite on 12 next to the rooftop patio and thus my only (minor) complaint was that the staff made some noise cleaning up on Saturday evening (but to their credit, did immediately stop after I asked them to).

3. The only complaint that I would have is that on the fourth floor, where our room was situated, the noise level from the street was quite high--especially on a Saturday night.
