1. They did move us to a suite, higher up, but I do wonder whether they could have done more to track down the builders and complain to the city authorities: I'm sure that sort of noise through the night is not allowed.

8. Free cheese and wine each evening was also a big plus (this included prosecco, which was nice) the red and white was not so great, but free so can hardly complain, and they don't have to do it.
