1. If you are looking for arrogance and complete lack of customer care in matters like this, then The Hotel Giraffe should be your choice in hotels.

2. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and the lack of a hotel restaurant is not really an issue.

I suppose the only possible downside to the Giraffe is the lack of it's own restaurant but then who wants to eat in a hotel rather than experience the variety of eating at one of the many restaurants available on your doorstep?Overall, a great hotel in a great location, we would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

5. A little drawback, on 11th floor, sometimes a lack of water pressure, the shower tends to switch back to the bath.

Beds comfy and very clean small compared to normal american beds but pritty much the norm in NYC so a standard UK double size Sheets clean and Duvet cover very cleanVery spacious, maybe lacked on storage for a family of four as i hid my cloths away in the DVD cupboard as the draws were taken up with my childrens and wifes cloths.

10. It seems quieter there in the winter, perhaps due to lack of construction as is consistent throughout New York in the summer and fall.
