1. My only complaints would be that our room on the 3rd floor had he vents for a restaurant just outside the window and the noisy indie air conditioners pulled the food smell into the room.

2. So no sound issues, but: a bit too warm, no view and a smell of the kitchen next door when you opened the windows (to get fresh air).

3. So putting aside the noise and smell issue, we loved the location, the staff and Rick's Cafe which was a great meet up spot and debrief after shows and restaurants.

4. Every night we would return to the mini suite from a full day out to the overpowering smell of bacon cooking so if for religious reasons this is offensive to you, avoid rooms on that side of the hotel.

5. My only small complaint would be an ambivalent attitude to smoking in a central courtyard, the smell of which wafted through air conditioning;they say smoking is not allowed but provide ashtays.

6. We did stay in room 610, so high up and not on the front of the hotel, which did mean we avoid some of the potential problems that others have mentioned about noise and smells.

7. The double bed was barely a double and we struggled to fit in as an averaged sized couple, couldn't open the windows as the smells from next doors italian restaurant were too much and the noise from the fan outside our window to kill the smells kept us awake at night.

8. The room was small but comfortable, no noise whatsoever and scrupulously clean, so much so that one could be forgiven for thinking it had never been used before but there was no smell of paint.

9. The reason is mostly the friendly positive service, but I also enjoy the free breakfast (excellent bagels and juices always), the free wine and cheese in the evening (the Proseco is always nice), the sweet-smelling orange-scented bathroom products, and the prime location.
