1. However the car never arrived, both Hotel and limo service claimed it to be the others issue,either way the car never came.

2. So no sound issues, but: a bit too warm, no view and a smell of the kitchen next door when you opened the windows (to get fresh air).

4. We identified this on checkout, and was informed that they had had discussions with the restaurant and they thought the issue had been rectified.

5. Anyway, overall it is a great hotel and notwithstanding the heater issue I would stay here again when back in NY.

7. The only issue we seemed to notice at this hotel was that it the rooms were very warm.

8. So putting aside the noise and smell issue, we loved the location, the staff and Rick's Cafe which was a great meet up spot and debrief after shows and restaurants.
