1. Hotel was fairly quiet, you can hear noise outside but we took earplugs so it wasn't a problem.

2. This is an excellent hotel, staff very efficient and friendly, great position, only one problem, we were on the second floor and the noise from the street is horrendous, deliveries to the building across the road continue the whole night, make sure you you are as high as possible and do not face onto 43rd street.

3. The only problem we had with the room was with the heating which was hard to control and even on the coldest setting blasted out hot air.

5. Having said this, the staff were fast and efficient in solving the problem and these things happen, I just suppose I wasn't expecting something like that after reading the reviews of the hotel.

7. Breakfast the next morning was bagels, pastries, fruits and yogurts which was perfectly fine for me but might be a problem for those who prefer heavier breakfast items.

8. It faced the street and a fair bit of traffic and general Times Square noise did get in but it didn't bother us anywhere near as much as the heater problem in the other room.
