1. The safe in Mum's room was a bit difficult to get into so she mentioned it to the concierge, with 12 hours the location of the safe was fixed and the General Manager and Housekeeping Manager checked in the room to make sure everything was ok, not often anyone receives service like that.

6. As its a review I tried to think of the things people may not like (and it was quite difficult), Casablanca is not like a fancy hotel, it has modern facilities (TV, Ipod dock) but in an old fashion moroccan style so if you are after a new age hotel this is not the place.
