Having just returned from a NY business trip where I did not get to stay at Casablanca, but had to stay in a cookie-cutter chain with mediocre service and scarce amenities (Westin Times Square), I feel compelled to write about how wonderful the Casblanca experience was for me on a NY trip last year.
