1. NOTE: there are no chairs in the pool/lagoon areas, so those of us with back problems that make it difficult to sit like the letter 'L' for long periods are out of luck.

6. I had a minor problem at one of the restaurants and no less than 3 managers contacted me for details and 'to make things right'.

7. One, we didn't have to deal with noise and people going to the pool (although noise was NEVER a problem, it's just that's where people are always headed), and two, our patio door (we were room 3096) opened up to a huge green hilly area and the path, but my kids loved running around back there.

9. To get shade you had to pay either $50 per day at the lagoon or beach and $100 at the pool unless you got up early to get a spot - the first week we didn't have a problem but when they were full is when it became more of an issue.
