1. Our initial room had problems but we were switched to another room without issue.

4. The resort is large is scale, so you will be walking around quite a bit, but that didn't seem to be a big issue with our family.

7. To get shade you had to pay either $50 per day at the lagoon or beach and $100 at the pool unless you got up early to get a spot - the first week we didn't have a problem but when they were full is when it became more of an issue.
