9. Going into the trip, we had our own views of the Concierge desks at resorts like this (mostly I didn't trust them from a bad recommendation or two before), but for the most part they were nice and helpful.

10. The bad thing was, all of the hot tubs were down in the crowded family areas and you really couldn't sit in peace without 4 kids doing cannonballs into the tub.
