1. NOTE: there are no chairs in the pool/lagoon areas, so those of us with back problems that make it difficult to sit like the letter 'L' for long periods are out of luck.

3. The instructors are top notch; surprising for a difficult environment where the students are really different each class and with so many different levels of students.

4. We were there at the busiest time of year and while chair selection was sometimes difficult at mid day, as it is at any busy resort, if you used the pools as we did either morning or late day, it was often very quiet.

5. ) I understand that the concierge desk may be run by an outside company rather than the Hyatt - my advice to the Hyatt would be to find someone who can make it easy for guests to stay on property to spend your money, not difficult.
