1. The main lobby also doubles as a shopping mall, but being at least a little budget-conscious we avoided actually shopping there.

8. Furnishings and decor were good (not luxurious, but very nice), the bathroom large (the shower/tub was particularly pleasant, with a fancy shower nozzle, plus hand-held), the beds comfy and the refrigerator empty (great for loading up on beverages/snacks to avoid resort prices).

9. Because the hotel was so crowded, we couldn't avoid the stressed people, and it was stressful to be around them.

10. If one of the highlights of a resort stay is enjoying the spa (it is for me), I would recommend avoiding this Hyatt in the immediate future.
