1. Also, the $25 'resort fee' tacked on your bill each day is really annoying.

3. We had dinner at the Tidepools restaurant one night which featured steaks and Hawaiian dishes, very good as well but it was very busy and they expect you to call and make reservations in advance which I found annoying since I don't generally like to be structured when I'm on vacation.

4. There are a few bars, and they are very strict about carding you, which became very annoying by the third day because I didn't want to have to carry my id around with me for fear of losing it in the pool.

6. So what are the cons -- other than 1,000 people milling around the pools? Well, the hotel is very spread out, so if you don't like walking a bit, you'll probably be annoyed (it didn't bother me, but proper room selection is important if it bothers you).
