Stuck in elevator literally - management says it was our fault because of the weight limit which was posted inside the elevator on the opposite side of the wall as the buttons for the floorRoom looked like a cheap, cheesy renovation project gone wrong- Lamps in the room looked like those found in the gynecologist office.

Upon arrival we were allocated with the wrong type of room , 2 x queens instaed of a king - when we told the reception this was wrong they said it wasn't their problem and things like this always appen with their third party operators - I told them this wasn't my fault and they needed to honour what I had on my print out in front of me and deal with their problems with the third parties and not brinig me into it.

8. This is the NOISIEST hotel in the world, don't get me wrong, I like to party with the best of them, but please, it felt like you were sleeping in a club with music and karaoke going on till 4am almost every night.

9. Things can go wrong when traveling but when you are repeatedly lied to by the staff who then take affront at you for calling them out on it, it makes for a very unsatisfying experience.
