3. unfortunately, the furniture still had stains, it was dark and the hallway had a really bad stench to it.

4. The tempurpedic beds are great (we have one at home) and was one of the reasons that persuaded us to book this hotel, unfortunately due to all the mattress protectors used it spoils the tempurpedic experience.

10. OK I just got back from Miami and unfortunately I cannot say I enjoyed my first vacation at this much admired holiday destination solely because of my experience with Catalina hotel.
