I stayed there for my birthday two yrs ago and again this March and the things I love about it haven't changed: (1) beautiful rooms, appointed with quality furnishings and fixtures; (2) a ridiculously, impossibly hip common area, steeped in art, light, atmosphere and indulgence; (3) the best deal for your money in Miami (and I looked, and I'm cheap); (4) amenities you can actually use, like bikes, beach, bar; most impt (5) the staff.

5. We initially wanted to return to the Sagamore wherever stayed during the summer of 2008 but prices were ridiculous this time of year.

6. the bed is comfortable, but I'd rather try sleeping at the end of Chicago O'hare's runway, than deal with the RIDICULOUS noise level here, and paper-thin walls.
