2. Arrived for fourth of july weekend and hotel was pretty full but got my room without any issues.

3. The main thing I had an issue with, is that during this visit at check in, with the $100 deposit that they put on your card for incidentals, they took a photo copy of my card after they swiped it.

5. To begin, we were not granted the room we reserved and paid for and the front desk person told us that rooms were not guaranteed, even when I called and secured my room type ahead to avoid these kind of issues.
