4. To begin, we were not granted the room we reserved and paid for and the front desk person told us that rooms were not guaranteed, even when I called and secured my room type ahead to avoid these kind of issues.

7. We found that there was a complimentary happy hour at all of the bars at the hotel and FREE bikes to use to get around the beach and avoid taxi fares and parking rates.
