1. At first I thought there would be a problem as I requested a king bed but upon checking was told there were 2 double beds.

7. You need to print out your reservation if you book through them; the front desk did not have any record of it and there would have been a problem if we didn't have a printout.

8. It's harder to see in the dark light of the room, but I think if the room had more lighting, more problems would be easily seen.

9. Taking the shuttle from the airport is also a problem, as you have to wait and flag down the shuttle which says 'South Beach Group' on it.

10. There is a small table in the shabby lobby that is where the concierge sits, but she is not available on Mondays or Tuesdays, so if you have a problem or need help you will be in trouble and may not be able to get your $25 gift card (if that if offered to you as part of your deal).
