1. The Dorset is very dark, halls and room are dark and while may be a part of the decor, it can be difficult if you intend to write or even work at a laptop.

2. What on earth is the towel policy at the towel stand when towels are running low? Should the towel boy stand and watch the towel pile slowly get smaller and smaller? Or should he go and restock? How difficult is the job of making sure that there are towels available? Come on.

3. I do understand that it is difficult to keep things clean especially when you see the hotel guests( kind of people who put their feet on the wite sofas etc.

4. Red & white rooms were a little hastily painted, lighting was dim making it difficult to read in the rooms, seating was low and less than comfortable, the bathroom was small and lacked ventilation to keep mirrors from steaming over, and there was no view.

6. The drains in the bathroom emitted a bad odour and at times made it difficult to go in there, and the shower head was fixed to the ceiling which meant that we had to purchase shower caps from the nearby pharmacy to avoid getting our hair wet during every shower.

7. Rooms - We had two rooms but both were fairly small and VERY dark (extremely difficult for getting dressed/ applying make up).
