1. Public areas are run-down, dark and very shabby, and you enter each building through a bar.

3. There is a small table in the shabby lobby that is where the concierge sits, but she is not available on Mondays or Tuesdays, so if you have a problem or need help you will be in trouble and may not be able to get your $25 gift card (if that if offered to you as part of your deal).
