1. I could live with overpriced drinks, but what I couldn't handle about this place is that the Red Bar in the hotel lobby, was actually a nightclub.

6. The 'Resident DJ' is a set of unmanned CD decks played at earsplitting volume as you attempt to eat the overpriced food, and the bar area is permanently occupied by gangs of fat, wannabe gangsters dressed in basketball tops, shorts and tattoos, and their overly-made-up molls.

I will make this easy for you:-staff incredibly stressed and unhappy except for this one chipper junior manager fellow who at least is a good actor-rooms terribly overpriced for what they are - shoddy furniture, poor lighting, cheap stuff-reservationists not trust worthy as promised one thing on the phone but hotel delivered horrible messes not like what was promised-bellmen lost our luggage.

10. My friend and I ordered breakfast which was overpriced and served lukewarm and I asked for a glass of milk but received a tall glass of ice-water (and at this point I'll mention we were the only ones eating breakfast.
