1. anyway, we were very unhappy with our room and its view, or lack there of, so returned to the desk to request the original upgrade.

3. Once our room was ready, almost three hours later, the bellman that took us to our room was very nice and gave us a tour of the property and when we were unhappy with our room, he was patient and made sure we liked our new room before hauling all of our things to the new room.

7. I found that when I was using the facilities for the free steam room she came across unhappy, but when I used the facilities for a paid massage she seemed more pleasant.
