1. While there was some noise from the movement of chairs above, the view more than overcame that minor annoyance.

2. I would recommend the hotel invest in chair pads to put along the bottom of the chair legs to stop the noise of the scraping.

3. My one negative is the noise from the balcony chairs scraping along the floor that would wake us up every morning as people around us moved their chairs on their balconies.
