1. It didn't bother me that much only because I'm used to it, but it may be an issue for some so that's why I mention it.

6. The sleeping room while being quite spacious, had a king bed that was very close to the floor and not very comfortable for my husband who suffers from back issues.

When most of this feedback was provided to a manager, the feedback was cheerfully taken and apology offered, but I fully expected that once my issues were confirmed (given the unbelievable nature) I fully expected a more satisfying interaction with the General Manager and more of a peace offering than the gift basket that was left in the room.

10. This was awesome for us as I have a food allergy and wasn't' planning on attending a luau, so the family got to see the dancers without having to attend the dinner :)We stayed 12 nights in hale 4 and had no issues with the AC, cockroaches, ants (as read in other posts) etc.
